Clarence Tan is the founder and executive director of Origgin, a venture co-creation firm that invests and commercialises deep technologies from the universities and research institutes.
Clarence is a serial entrepreneur who started several technology start-ups since 1993, such as GlobalRoam Group Ltd (“GR Group”), Perfect Innovation Pte Ltd and Pinnz Pte Ltd. GR Group was the first company in Singapore to be traded on the over-the-counter exchanged managed by Philips Securities Pte Ltd in 2007.

He is also a graduate from A*STAR-EDB Singapore-Stanford Biodesign Innovation Programme. He is also the cofounder of a medical technology startup in the nephrology space, NephTech.
Dr LIm has 12 years of medical technology R&D and commercialization experience. His prior R&D projects specializing in vascular devices such as drug eluting metal stents, fully biodegradable stents, patent orifice occluder (PFO), injectable gel drug delivery system, and implantable vascular access device in dialysis application.

Kwang Meng has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry in the Asia Pacific region.
He began his career at Hewlett-Packard as a systems engineer. He has held various senior leadership, general management and sales positions at Sun Microsystems, CA Technologies, K2 and Pivotal Software. In recent years, he was deeply involved with helping enterprises and business partners evolve, adapt and transform themselves digitally to stay ahead of market demands.
His familiarity with the Asia Pacific market brings deep understanding of customer needs and appreciation of business culture nuances. His alliances with the business partner network enabled him to work closely with partners to establish new routes-to-market for products and solutions which meet customers’ requirements. During his tenure at Sun Microsystems, he saw four of his business partners successfully list in the Singapore, KL and Thailand bourses respectively and was involved in the management of joint ventures in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. He has held two stints leading the Greater China (PRC, HK, Taiwan) business for CA Technologies (2014-2015) and for Pivotal Software (2017-2019).

Frank has over 13 years of experience, with the first 6 years in software engineering roles before transiting to seed-stage venture capital investment, portfolio management, and venture support services.
As Partner in TNF Ventures, Frank manage all aspects of investments operations, and portfolio companies. TNF has 20 portfolio companies most of which have raised Series A/B investments or are exited. He has a good network and understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem and fund/grant environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Frank is also a mentor and regularly participates at regional tech conferences (Tech in Asia, Echelon, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam etc).
In 2017, he founded Tech JDI, a venture support services between Singapore and Vietnam.
