Edmas is founder of Accrete Innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in IT industry with extensive experience in project management, digital transformation, change management and management consulting across the private and public sectors with extensive experience in business modelling and market access strategies.

Edmas is well-connected across the region and played a key role in developing the Singapore startup ecosystem when he was CEO of Action Community for Entrepreneurship. Edmas has founded multiple acceleration and corporate innovation programmes and has accelerated well over 100 startups teams in Singapore, Korea and Taiwan.

Clarence Tan is the founder and executive director of Origgin, a venture co-creation firm that invests and commercialises deep technologies from the universities and research institutes.

Clarence is a serial entrepreneur who started several technology start-ups since 1993, such as GlobalRoam Group Ltd (“GR Group”), Perfect Innovation Pte Ltd and Pinnz Pte Ltd. GR Group was the first company in Singapore to be traded on the over-the-counter exchanged managed by Philips Securities Pte Ltd in 2007.

Dr. Lim is an alumnus of Singapore Economic Development Board – Strategic Attachment and Training Programme and spent 18 months at the cardio-renal department, Mayo Clinic (MN, USA). He is also a graduate from A*STAR-EDB Singapore-Stanford Biodesign Innovation Programme. He is also the cofounder of a medical technology startup in the nephrology space, NephTech.

Dr LIm has 12 years of medical technology R&D and commercialization experience. His prior R&D projects specializing in vascular devices such as drug eluting metal stents, fully biodegradable stents, patent orifice occluder (PFO), injectable gel drug delivery system, and implantable vascular access device in dialysis application.

Rina Neoh has more than 20 years of experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial world and holds a post-graduate MBA in International Business. Rina has delivered multi-million dollar returns from more than 80 startup companies which she has either ideated, incubated, accelerated, mentored or scaled up in various industries.

Rina is a seasoned entrepreneur and multi-awarded startup advocate in the ASEAN region, with proven expertise in setting up and developing innovation-driven companies, including brick-and-mortar and technology-enabled enterprises.
Rina is Instrumental in introducing two IPOs in the Australian Stock Exchange and helped execute complex cross border mergers and acquisitions strategy within the Asia Pacific region.

Rina currently holds strategic management roles, directorships and equities in Mercatus Capital, Ficus Venture Capital, Fintech Lab, Synapse EduTech Ventures, Global Learning Solutions, MindChamps International PreSchools, Smarter Robotics and UnlimitedBrands INC.

Eric is a leading expert in design thinking, innovation, business model innovation, new business design and startup acceleration.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of ASA Advisory Services, a leading Innovation Consultancy based in Singapore and also the founder of Augmented Tribe, a tech-startup offering an Innovation Platform to support organisation with their innovation and digital transformation initiatives. Eric is also the founder of Singapore Ideas Lab, a local community of 750 entrepreneurs, and also co-founded The IdeasCollider!, an Innovation, Startups & Technology conference.

Eric has worked hand in hand with hundreds of corporate innovation teams as part of innovation programs he has designed and facilitated. He has also accelerated in excess of 100 startups in South East Asia working hand in hand with each one of those over the past four years.

Philip Kwa has more than 20 years of extensive global working experience in a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial environments where he held key roles ranging from CEO, CFO, Sales and Marketing Head as well as Strategic Consulting Director.

Philip focuses on cyber security training and exercises, cyber risk and governance assessment, crisis management exercises, IPO Listing , Business Process Transformation, complex IT Project management and Implementation, Factory Automation , Global Market Entry Strategies and Entrepreneurship.

He has spent more than 10 years working overseas in countries such as USA, China, Thailand, Indonesia, HK, Japan and Korea.

He holds an MBA from the University of Hull, SMU-SID Diploma in Directorship, NUS-ISS Post Graduate Diploma in Knowledge Engineering, and University of Western Australia Bachelor of Commerce. He holds professional certification such as CISM, PMP, Practitioner Certificate in Data Processing and a Certified Accountant.

Hong Leng has a track record of achievements in helping various Government Agencies to harness Information and communications Technology (ICT) as a strategic tool for business transformation and development. He was appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in some of these Government Agencies.

He has more than 30 years of extensive experience in delivering small to multimillion- dollar ICT systems. In addition, he had the experience of overseeing the public sector wide ICT policies and procurement.

A people-centred leader with the proven ability to motivate teams and achieve goals. He received his bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK.

Kwang Meng has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry in the Asia Pacific region.

He began his career at Hewlett-Packard as a systems engineer. He has held various senior leadership, general management and sales positions at Sun Microsystems, CA Technologies, K2 and Pivotal Software. In recent years, he was deeply involved with helping enterprises and business partners evolve, adapt and transform themselves digitally to stay ahead of market demands.

His familiarity with the Asia Pacific market brings deep understanding of customer needs and appreciation of business culture nuances. His alliances with the business partner network enabled him to work closely with partners to establish new routes-to-market for products and solutions which meet customers’ requirements. During his tenure at Sun Microsystems, he saw four of his business partners successfully list in the Singapore, KL and Thailand bourses respectively and was involved in the management of joint ventures in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. He has held two stints leading the Greater China (PRC, HK, Taiwan) business for CA Technologies (2014-2015) and for Pivotal Software (2017-2019).

As a fan of team sports, KM focuses a lot on building high performance teams, who can be empowered to innovate and find new ways to better serve customers and partners.

KM holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer Science from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, and was an exchange scholarship recipient at University of California, San Diego.

Wayne Soo is the MD of Fiducia LLP, Public Accountant and Chartered Accountants of Singapore. Wayne is a member of six (6) professional accounting bodies in Singapore, Malaysia, United, Kingdom and Australia.

Wayne was the Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Management Consultants, Singapore for several terms and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Singapore Institute of Directors. Wayne gained his years of auditing, accounting and financial experience with Ernst & Young LLP in Malaysia and Singapore.

Wayne has been intimately involved in the auditing of medium-sized and listed clients in industries such as IT start-ups, E-commerce projects, retail and general trading, aerospace and aviation, property development, hotels and resorts, leisure and entertainment, not-for-profit organizations, palm oil plantations, food and drinks manufacturing, power generation, leasing and financing, pharmaceutical corporations; to name but a few.

Wayne has conducted executive workshops on forensic investigation, strategic business planning, internal audit, entrepreneurship, cash flow planning, budgeting and disaster recovery for participants in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and USA. Wayne's core skills is in business advisory, audit, tax and accounting.

Dr Chan has over 25 years of senior management experience stretching from precision manufacturing to service industries in 30 countries. He has more than 20 years of international management consulting & human capital development experiences as a Corporate Trainer. (Effective/ Transformational Leadership, International Business, Convert Strategy into Results).

Dr Chan is engaged as a master trainer with leading project training, development, and consulting organizations in Asia because of his track record as a holistic project management expert connecting strategic, business, and operations level by converting corporate strategy into prioritized portfolio of programs and projects for business results Dr Chan has also conducted Advanced Leadership modules at Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate levels during the past 15 years. He has also developed more than 1,000 project managers who have made it to senior management positions.

Carrie Lui is a talent expert with over 20 years of HR and talent experience. She was the former Regional Talent & Learning Lead at Citigroup, covering 16 countries with more than 2,500 employees. Her career also includes 10 years in a senior HR & training management role for the Hospitality industry. Bringing along all these experiences with talent around the world, Carrie became an entrepreneur who has created and built her own HR and recruitment firm 2 years ago.

Carrie holds a Master Degree in Training & Performance Management from the University of Leicester. She is a certified NLP Practitioner, DiSC facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Talent Q Practitioner & IITTI Business Soft Skills Certification.

Frank has over 13 years of experience, with the first 6 years in software engineering roles before transiting to seed-stage venture capital investment, portfolio management, and venture support services.

As Partner in TNF Ventures, Frank manage all aspects of investments operations, and portfolio companies. TNF has 20 portfolio companies most of which have raised Series A/B investments or are exited. He has a good network and understanding of the tech start-up ecosystem and fund/grant environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Frank is also a mentor and regularly participates at regional tech conferences (Tech in Asia, Echelon, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam etc).

In 2017, he founded Tech JDI, a venture support services between Singapore and Vietnam. Tech JDI first focused on helping fast-scaling Series A/B/C tech companies scale their 2nd tech teams in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It has since diversified into other services including MVP development, market expansion, and Financial Advisory. Tech JDI has over 80 headcounts in 4 offices across 3 cities in Vietnam.

Frank graduated from National University of Singapore (Computer Engineering, B.Comp). Outside of work, he serves as Hon. Secretary of the Raffles Scout Chapter under Singapore Scout Guild since 2012. He is also a committee member in a local international chess Club.
